Rather than posting a recipe on Tuesdays over the next few weeks, I am going to update you on my progress with working out.
I have decided to use Jillian Michaels, 30 Day Shred to get me moving! Today, I am on day 2 (out of 30). Her work out is intense and I am following level 1 out of 3! My thighs are burning and I am a wimp when it comes to push ups but, hey! I can do this.
I'm super excited because my cousin, Brooke, decided to join up with me and started yesterday as well. She is amazing and has successfully lost a lot of weight over the past few years. She even ran a half marathon this past spring. Like I said, she is amazing!
