Last week, we worked on the letter S. We did lots of things so, again you are just getting a quick list so that I can get back to playing!

Shape searcher game.*
I Spy Computer Game (a mini version of this game came in a Wendy's kids meal!)
Spider math. (very fun!) I plan to reuse this for "W" (web).
Spider dot art.
Sang the Itsy Bitsy Spider.
Sewing cards. We made our own with this free download.
Playdough snakes.
Stencils.
Read Eric Carle's book, "The Very Busy Spider". (After reading it once Sam read it to us!)
Scissor practice.

* There is an episode of Blue's Clues call, "Shape Searchers" and we played it at home. Basically it entails walking around the house and finding things that look like different shapes. For example: lions belly looks like an oval, the dining table chair backs have triangles, the window is a square, etc.
